The future content of Summertime Saga is submitted to Patreon pledgers’ opinion through polls. The proposal that received the most votes from the community is retained and added to the roadmap.

Content polls
Only tier 2 and higher pledgers are allowed to vote in the content polls on the studio’s website, each tier conferring one or more additional tokens. However, the content can be imposed by the team members if the game development requires it. Minor updates are not subject to polling in order to keep their contents confidential until their public releases. These polls are usually done after the release of a new version

Multiple endings or linear stories
The poll was proposed on June 11, 2020 and results were announced on June 12, 2020. DarkCookie’s consideration was about to write the characters’ stories with multiple branches and endings, or linear narratives.
