Story

Tina has worked hard after her husband's passing to ensure that she and her daughter Becca can continue to live the life that she desires for them. As the manager of the local bank, she has been able to ensure that they have the means to meet their financial needs, but sometimes a woman has needs that can’t be satisfied by money alone…

Wait for it to be a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Enter the bank and talk to Liu behind the counter. Select the “Tina” dialogue option.
Enter the hallway on the back-right, proceed into the office on the right, and finally into the cubicle. ( Tina)

You have to give Tina this: she certainly knows what she wants.

Talk to Tina in the bank, either in her cubicle during the morning or in the bank’s lobby during the afternoon. Select the “Booty call” dialogue option.
That night, follow the prompts to Tina’s Apartment. ( Tina)

Tina Cubicle

Do you think the reason that Tina’s head is turned to the side during this scene instead of looking straight forward is because she doesn’t want to be staring right at the picture of her and her daughter while being pounded from behind? Or is that giving DC too much credit for forward thinking?

Talk to Tina inside her cubicle at the bank during the morning and select the “Fool around” dialogue option. ( Tina)

Tina Vault

Given that all of those wads of cash stay in neat little piles despite there being no bands in place to hold them together I’m going to speculate that Tina has actually done this before.

Talk to Tina in the lobby of the bank during the afternoon and select the “Fool around” dialogue option, followed by “Is there somewhere quiet we could go?” ( Tina)
- Note: For repeat occurrences you only have to select “Fool Around”; there is no second dialogue option.

Pregnancy

Whenever you have sex with Tina (starting with the first time as part of Main Story 13), if you choose to cum inside her there is a chance that she will become pregnant. Once you’ve fertilized her, the pregnancy will advance via the standard progression:

Wait 7 days for the 1st trimester, Tina will call you to let you know that she’s pregnant.
Wait 7 days for the 2nd trimester.
Wait 7 days for the 3rd trimester.
Wait 14 days for Tina to have her baby(ies). Follow the prompts to check the text message from Tony, then go see them on the 3rd floor of the hospital.
Wait 3 days for Tina to leave the hospital.
Wait 7 days for the kid(s) to be shipped off to daycare at which point Tina will go back to her normal routine.

All of Tina’s repeatables become locked once she enters the 2nd trimester and will remain so until the baby goes to daycare, but a new bonus scene (Tina AC) is available during her 3rd trimester.
