Ah Maria, that buxom pizza-cooking donna who is such an incredible vision of loveliness. You did her and her husband Tony a big favor, so I’m sure she’d be willing to do something for you in return. Maybe if you asked nicely she’d let you have some more of those fabulous cannol… what’s that? You just want more sex? Well, fine then.

Time to get cooking! …look, I’d like to see you try to come up with something witty to say about every one of these quests.

Talk to Maria inside the pizzeria’s kitchen. Select the “Fool around” dialogue option, then finish the sex scene however you prefer. ( Maria)
- Note: This scene has different variations depending on what stage of pregnancy Maria is currently in.

Talk to Tony inside the pizzeria and select the “Maria” dialogue option.

You know this has to be some kind of health code violation.

Talk to Tony inside the pizzeria. Select “Tonight” if Maria has already had at least one baby, or “Baby” if she hasn’t.
That night, follow the prompts to enter the pizzeria’s pantry and click on Maria.
- If you told Tony both that he could stay in the room and that it was ok for him to jerk off during Main Story 15 you can choose the “Threeway” dialogue option to allow Tony to join in. ( Maria)

Maria Kitchen

She does know that everyone can clearly into the kitchen from the front of the store, right?

Talk to Maria in the pizzeria’s kitchen and select “Fool around”. ( Maria)
- Note: This scene has different variations depending on what stage of pregnancy Maria is currently in.

Maria Couch

How on earth can Tony sleep through that? I mean, The Falsettos is a classic!

Go to Tony and Maria’s apartment (#302) on a Sunday and click on Tony while he’s sleeping. ( Maria)

Maria Apron

I have an idea for a new mascot for Tony’s Pizzeria…

Enter the kitchen of the pizzeria while Maria is in the 3rd trimester of a pregnancy. ( Maria)
- For a repeat performance, you can select the “Take the apron off?” option from her dialogue menu.

Pregnancy

Whenever you have sex with Maria (starting with the first time as part of Main Story 15), if you choose to cum inside her there is a chance that she will become pregnant. Once you’ve fertilized her, the pregnancy will advance via the standard progression:

Wait 7 days for the 1st trimester. Follow the prompts to go to the pizzeria where Tony & Maria will tell you that she’s pregnant.
Wait 7 days for the 2nd trimester.
Wait 7 days for the 3rd trimester.
Wait 14 days for Maria to have her baby(ies). Follow the prompts to check the text message from Tony, then go see them on the 3rd floor of the hospital.
Wait 3 days for Maria to leave the hospital.
Wait 7 days for the kid(s) to be shipped off to daycare at which point Maria will go back to her normal routine.

The Pantry and Couch repeatables will become locked once Maria’s pregnancy has been announced and will remain so until she goes back to her normal routine. The Kitchen repeatable remains available with appropriate artwork as the pregnancy progresses, while the Apron event is only available while she’s in the 3rd trimester.
