The main character's new residence since his father passed is a cosy house located right next door to [[Erik]] and down the ways from [[Mia]]. Two floors, not including the small basement, and a nice backyard with pool where Jenny likes to sunbathe. The pensioners' bedrooms are on the upper floor, with the shower; while the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom are on the first floor.
