Description
The local Gym where the MC can be able to train his strength (STR) with Kevin and dexterity (DEX) with Master Somrak. On Thursday, the player can counter Mrs. Johnson can be located in the Yoga room. (The player must talk to Erik about where is Mom whereabouts are for the MC to interact with her.)

Master Somrak's Events
The Panty Raid
For the player to train with Master Somrak earn dexterity, the player must pay in panties only. To achieve this, the MC will have to sneak into his sister's room. Getting caught by the MC's sister, the player will have to pay $100 each time for each panty.
DEX Trainer
Paying him in panties, the player can be able to train with Master Somrak to earn dexterity.
Kevin's Events
No Pain No Gain
After finding a replacement for Kevin, the player can be able to work out with Kevin to gain 'strength'.
Mrs. Johnson Events
Yoga Eye Candy
To interact with Mrs. Johnson in the Gym, the player will have to talk to Erik and choose an option on when his mother whereabouts are. Choosing the option, the player can now interact with Mrs. Johnson on Thursday which she can be located in the Yoga room. A scene can be viewed where Mrs. Johnson does a yoga pose called the "Cat Cow".
