“ Tigger” is a quest item catched with the special lure while playing the fishing minigame at the pier then given to Captain Terry in Aqua’s route. The death of the captain’s enemy lets him retire as desired by Aqua.
Once a man’s sworn enemy, but no longer will any more piggies go to the market.
