“Tigger” is a quest item caught with the special lure while playing the fishing minigame at the pier then given to Captain Terry in Aqua’s route. The death of his enemy lets the captain finally enjoy retirement as desired by Aqua.

Once a man’s sworn enemy, but no longer will any more piggies go to the market.
