The beachhouse is across the beach, in the lower‐left corner of the map. The building can be bought by the main character.

Description

Luxury two‐story waterfront property on sale for the low price of $5,000! Its three rooms are equipped with large bay windows; the kitchen has direct access to the beach while the bedroom overlooks a small patio. The interior decoration is finely tuned to accentuate a seaside and surf ambiance.

Notes

The location is unlocked in the prologue.
It can be visited when the house has been purchased by the main character.
