Apartments article layout

Please don’t add content that is still inaccessible in the game. In this case, Maria, Tony, Captain Terry, Lily, Kassy, and Becca cannot be met in the apartments. In fact, their absence misleads players as they try to find these characters in‐game.

Also, please do not overload the article with links when they already appear in the infobox and the People section.
