She is a slim Asian woman of average height. She has very dark brown eyes and straight black hair cut to shoulder length. She wears no jewelry of any kind. She wears the standard blue women's uniform of Saga Dealership.
Personality
A strict person, Yoyo is just as blunt as her predecessor. Snarky comments and threats are commonly thrown towards people she doesn't like. She clearly has more intensity and a stronger intimidation factor than her predecessor.

After Kim fled the country due to him being exposed for working with Mayor Rump, this Kim took his place at the Saga Dealership as a car saleswoman. Her exact relationship with her predecessor is not known at this time.
