When is the next version being released?

What do the updates contain?

The Summertime Saga development team provides two types of updates alternately: major ones are dedicated to the stories of new characters and their entourages, in an order established by the votes of Patreon contributors; minor updates focus on shorter stories in addition to existing routes.

How often does DarkCookie stream?

DarkCookie, the creator and main artist of Summertime Saga, usually streams from Monday to Friday, and begins around 3:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. You can follow him on Picarto and have a notification sent to you via email every time he is ready to draw in public.

What should I do if I missed a stream?

If you missed the most current one then it'll be up on his Picarto under the Video category if you missed any of the others then we keep a archive here of all the past streams conveniently listed by month and year.

I don't know what to do in the game?

First take a look at the hints available in‐game on the main character's smartphone. For further help, the Walkthrough details each route step by step, with requirements and quest objects. The Cookie jar article provides you with the scenes for each character and how to unlock them. Finally, the characters' pages reveal their habits as well as a brief list of their events without too much spoiling.

When do I know I've completed all the content within an update?

You can either come here and look at the Event and Walkthrough pages or you could try everything out and see for yourself if you're getting anything new.

X event isn't working and I want to know how to complete it.

If you're having trouble with an event more likely than not either I (Kaosu Uzu) or someone else in the picarto chat will help you. If after that it still isn't working please report it as a bug.

With what does DarkCookie draw?

The main artist uses Photoshop as editor, and a Wacom Intuos Pro Medium graphic tablet.
