This template inserts the following:
File:{{{1}}} icon.png{{!}}alt{{=}}{{{1}}}{{!}}link{{=}}{{{2|{{{1}}}}}}{{!}}[[{{{2|{{{1}}}}}}|{{{3|{{{2|{{{1}}}}}}}}}]]
It has no square braces, so it could be used in galleries (with #tag: construction). Although if braces are added manually, it will produce regular linked picture without any parameters or text.
