Chad is a caucasian teen, with dirty‐blond hair and green eyes, and a tribal tattoo on his left shoulder and arm.
He wears a black loose sleeveless shirt, a blue jeans and a white bandana.
Personality
Chad seems to have taken a fancy to Eve. Which doesn’t deter him from adopting the same stupid behavior as his friends towards the blue‐haired girl.
Story
He’s mostly seen with Eve, Chico and Tyrone at night at the park.
